Hello Sonoma State Wine enthusiasts,
Thank you for signing up at Big Nite for more information about the Wine Sense Club here at Sonoma State. We are excited for an eventful and educational year with guests from all over the world coming to present wine and many learning opportunities in the wine industry. This is a reminder and update about our first meeting of the semester:
This Thursday, August 28th, 7pm in Schulz 1121 ($5 and ID at door to attend)
Wine Roads Presentation, Inman Family Winery tasting, Old World Wines Tasting
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME as the meeting/presentations will begin at 7pm
Due to an overwhelming amount of interest in the club and this first meeting of the semester, please note of our capacity limitations. Because the wineries generously donate their wine and due to our room capacity, we highly recommend that you RSVP to the event you wish to attend. We will have these RSVPs at the door and also through our emailing list (WineSenseSSU@gmail.com). Those who RSVP will be allowed in first, those without RSVPing will wait until seating is available.
We are sorry for this inconvenience and truly wish we could house all interested students. Please remember that throughout the semester, we will be providing many opportunities to not only attend meetings, but to also attend industry events, field trips to wineries and wine related places.
We will update you via email, post information on our website (ssuwinesense.tumblr.com), update all of our social media ( ssuwinesense on Facebook, ssu_winesense on Twitter, and ssuwinesense on Instagram), so we highly recommend you follow us on all platforms to receive timely and important information.
If you have any questions throughout the semester, please email us here at WineSenseSSU@gmail.com. We greatly look forward to serving the Sonoma State Students with exceptional wine education opportunities and we hope to meet you all at our future meetings!
Thank you for your interest in the Wine Sense Club!
